An invitation link didn't open the app

Install Pray, open it, and tap Paste when it offers to bring your invitation in. If the link has expired or was already used, ask whoever sent it for a new one.

Report a request or block someone

Open the request, tap ⋯ and choose Report request. We review every report within 24 hours. To block someone you are connected to, open their card, choose Edit profile, then Block.

Leave a group

Open the group in the Groups tab, open its settings and choose Leave group.

Delete your account

Open Profile and choose Remove account. Your profile, backed-up prayer list, requests, memberships and connections are permanently removed. If you can't get into the app, email us from the address on your account and we will remove it for you.

Move to a new phone

Sign in with the same Apple Account on the new phone. Your list is restored from your account.
